BUK Playing Cards - Madison 52 entry
These are The BUK Playing Cards - a tribute to Charles Bukowski featuring his drawings and sketches on every court card, the Ace of Spades and back design and two jokers.
This is a very special MADISON52 Entry.
Only 52 of these decks exist, so this is a first-come first-served offer.
Each deck will be numbered 1 to 52. There is also the option to have the deck signed by Madison at no extra charge.
Although this is a collectors deck, it is also useful to the Deception Artist, featuring a subtle one-way back design and two duplicates, which each host a hidden revelation...
The duplicate King of Diamonds features Buk relaxing, smoking and drinking by a flower. The smoke from his mouth takes the shape of a 9 of Clubs )
The duplicate King of Clubs features Buk writing on his typewriter. A 4 of Diamonds can be seen written on his paper.
This is second tribute to an inspiration of many - including myself and Team Madison - and I hope that this can serve as an introduction to those yet to discover Bukowski, or an honour for those who already love him as much as we do.
There was no better way to capture Bukowski's essence than having Buk design the deck himself.
